RoastFit Technologies Inc. (“RoastFit,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when you use roast-fit.com, join the Founding 250, or use future RoastFit applications and services.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, this may include account and contact information; profile information; workout, activity, streak and Discipline Score data; food and meal-log information; photos you choose to upload; goals and preferences; Coach Blaze interactions and feedback; device, browser, diagnostic and usage information; subscription and transaction records; and communications with us.
We will not treat permission to access a device feature, such as photos or a camera, as permission to use information for unrelated purposes. Where appropriate, we will explain why access is requested and seek consent.
2. How we use information
We may use personal information to provide and personalize RoastFit; operate accounts, workouts, meal logs, accountability features, streaks and sharing tools; generate AI-powered Coach Blaze responses; administer Founding 250 eligibility; process subscriptions; provide support; protect the service and prevent abuse; understand and improve product performance; communicate service information; and comply with law.
We will seek additional consent where required before using personal information for a materially different purpose.
3. AI features
RoastFit uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching-style feedback, roasts, summaries and other product experiences. AI output can be inaccurate and is not medical advice. Information submitted to AI-enabled features may be processed by service providers that help us deliver those features. We will identify material third-party processing practices as the production technology stack is finalized.
4. Sharing and service providers
We may disclose information to service providers that perform functions such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, form processing, analytics, AI processing, customer support and payment processing. We expect service providers to handle information only for authorized purposes and with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing, merger, acquisition or sale, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money.
5. International processing
RoastFit may use providers located outside your province or country. As a result, information may be processed in other jurisdictions and may be accessible to authorities under the laws of those jurisdictions. We will use appropriate contractual or other safeguards where required.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for identified purposes, legal requirements, dispute resolution, security and legitimate business needs. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information, ask questions about our practices, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion of information that we are not required to retain. Withdrawal may affect features that require the information.
8. Marketing
Where required, promotional electronic messages will be sent with consent and an unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional or service messages may still be sent where permitted.
9. Children
RoastFit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian authorization. Product age requirements may be raised before public app launch based on feature design and applicable market requirements.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as RoastFit evolves. Material changes will be communicated as required, and we will seek fresh consent where applicable for materially new uses of personal information.
